The process illustrates how smartphones are produced at a specific brand. The procedure begins with designing and drawing the product, and concludes with presenting it to the audience, then followed by the distribution of that, comprising a total of fourteen steps.
The initial step is designing and drawing, afterwards details are selected, before prototyping the smartphone. Next step is shipping the components and manufacturing which has been ordered before. Furthermore, the penultimate stage is PCB soldering which involves adding the details.Thereafter, last but not least stage for preparing the product to the assembling is hardware trial, which comprises six stage of water treatment and quality labelling.
Simultaneously, the programming team is also preparing for the assembly stage, by planning the process, and programming the project which includes bug fixes and testing. Assembling step is followed by the final testing, if there won’t be any defects half of the smartphones dispatches the presentation of the new product, while the other part goes to the packaging before they are distributed.
