Overall, what stands out from the graph is that there were substantial upward trends in the amount of both pizza and hamburgers, while the numbers of fish and chips saw a significant fall over the period in question. Another interesting point is that fish and chips were found as the most eaten dish in 1975, but in 2000.
Looking at the details, as regards pizza, number started at five times in the first year in 1975 , then there was a gradual upward trend over the next 20 years, at which point it levelled off at around four fifths until 2000. If we look at hamburgers, the trend was almost similar. Started from roughly a tenth in 1975, after that underwent rise tremendously reaching peak at 100 in 1975.
By contrast, the number of hamburgers went in the opposite direction. Taking fluctuated around 90 until 1985. Subsequently, it decreased sharply to about two fifth in 2000.
