Overall, residential use occupied for the largest segment across other categories, namely: industrial, business, government and other. Within households, gardening and bathroom use were the two most common activities, whereas cooking consumed the lowest water proportion,.
Regarding the pie chart, the amount water consumption for residents was reported at the highest, at around 70% of the total. Industry and business made up for much smaller shares, with 11% and 10% respectively. In addition. government use represented at 6%, while other categories accounted for the lowest percentage, accordingly to 3% of the total.
Turning to the bar chart, the proportion water used for gardening and bathing was represented at 28% and 27% respectively, closely followed by washing clothes, made up for 20%. Additionally, the amount of water used for toilet stood at 15%. However, this figure was higher than cooking purposes, which occupied for the lowest percentage, at 10%
