The given tale chart illustrates infromation about the percentage of women in the workfroce and the percentage of women menagers across five selected countries.
Overall, the highest disparitiy by fields is seen in Shri Lanka and Japan, while the lowest disparity in Australia and the USA.
Firstly, the highest percentage of women as workforce among the five countries is in Japan (48%). In comparison, the percentage as managers is 17%. Shri Lanka on the other hand shows 41% in labour, while only 9% in managers. Egypt, on the other hand shows the lowest percentage in both, workforce and management 20% and 12% respectively.
Australia and the USA’s women condition is totally different. The United States is the second highest among five where women accountable for 46% workforce. Additionally, Australia’s women condition in work is nearly the same (42%). Moreover, the both countries show similar percentage in managers field. Importantly, Australia’s disaparity only 1% which means that in both field women are engaged equally.
