Overall, it is clear that the percentage of women in management all countries are lower that in the overall workforce. Japan receive the highest proportion of female workers among all regions
A closer look at the table reveals that there is 48% of women who are employed in workforce in Japan and it ranks in the first position. In the United States, the figure is slightly lower, at around 46%.Similarly, the percentages of female workers in Sri Lanka and Australia are both about 40%.By contrast, the figure for female workers is the lowest in Egypt, with only around 20% of its workforce being women.
Australia and United States have the highest proportion of female managers , at about 43%. Women make up under 17% of all managers in Egypt and Japan, whereas Sri Lanka record the smallest figure, at just 10%
