Dear Madam or Sir,

Hope this letter finds you well. First of all, I want to remind you one week ago I reserved a wooden computer table, with white surface and raund shaped. I was expecting exactly what I ordered, but unfurtunatelly it is damaged.

The surface of the table is cracked, and it make sense that no one checked it before sent it to me, also the legs of the table’s is rotated when I put my personal computer. It is very unefficient during the work, because makes a noise and grebs my attation.

I have a suggestion, could you transfer my money back, or you can sent to same table which I mentioned. It would be nice if we make an agreement, because I want to get my item as soon as it is possible, otherwise I will be in trouble.
