Overall, it is a cyclic process consisting of seven distinct stages, commencing from the disposal of used aluminium cans into special bins and ending with the reuse of recycled cans in manufacturing industries.
In the first stage, only aluminium cans are collected and disposal them into trash bin where which are transported by truck to a recycling centre. After this stage, the used cans are undergo for cleaning to remove impurities then, sorted it and separated the recyclable and non-recyclable materials. Subsequently, the selected recyclable aluminium cans are gone for shredding and compressing using a machine that converted into blocks.
After the following steps, the block of cans are heated and melted it which transferred into powder raw material. When the process of heating and melting completed, then the powder material are converted into a shape of cans which advocate by rolling tape where the cans are from 2.5mm in length and 6mm in height thicker and thicker. Finally, the powder raw material are being some as recycling cans and the aluminium cans are employed in the production of new cans such as Cocacola, Sprite and Fanta that transported into Packaging items. About 75% of British citizens are recycled the used aluminium cans, and reused as a new one.
