On the other hand, the average children were at about 3.1 in 1970, after that, Somalia represented the highest birth rate at 3.2 in 2000.In terms of Spain, the birth rate children stood at 2.9 in 1970 and there was a decrease in the number of birth rate from 2.9 to 1.2 in 2000.
