Overall, the chart have 3 different years (1985,1995,2005) which shows the employment of men and women
First of all, if we look on the years so far the women with no employment remain the same in 1985 & 2005 as compared to 1995 its quite less than both. Secondly, the ladies with part time keep rising but in year 1995 its gradully down , as cpmared to another both of them. Thirdy, women with as full time oppurtunity depands upon the the jobs available in the market , in 2005 women gets more approaches towards job as comapred to both year , and gradually gets low for 1995 than of 185 and then charts go up. Last but not least , the man with job oppurtunity remains the same for the year 1985 and 1995 , the there is improvement for the mans to get more full time employment.
