The item presented shows distribution the distribution of interests of Canadian teens, the male ones showcased by green columns and the female ones by yellow. It also establishes that the key most favored passtimes activities of this particular part of the population are sports, computer games , music and shopping as is visible by analyzing the horizontal axis of the graph.
The vertical axis indicates the percentage of youthful population dedicated to each is capped at 35% .
The distribution is as follows:Apparently while just over 25% men in their teenage years prefer sports as their favorite passtime only as little as 10% young women have such tendencies. Strangely when it comes to computer games the distribution is a bit more equal with a bit over 15% male teenagers proclaiming that as their chosen passtime and a bit under 15% female teenagers sharing their choice , whith nary a diffrence of 1% between the genders. However both the rough and the fair genders can agree on their shared love for music with just under 20% of teenagers in question having chosen this as their favorite passtime. However perhaps most shocking and astereotypical would be that 35% of young boys have claimed to love shopping while only as few as 5% of the girls have done so.
In conclusion there is a bit of discrepancy in the various interests of teenage population of Canada between the genders with the only common point being music and in fact a strange and worring disinterest of canadian young women in any of the activities presented.
