The presented column graph gives information on the comparison of gender who chooses subject to study in university in 2005. In general, the number of boys who choose Sciences, Mathematics, Literature and Law are higher than girls. While in that time, Social Sciences,Languages and The Arts are the most chosen subjects by girls. Besides’ , Humanities has the same figures.
In 2005, Sciences was the subject which hit the highest points of 4 types of fields of study boys chose most, about 21 thousands people. Followed closely by the figure for Mathematics, at 19 thousands. The number of Literarute and Law of boys selected were also taller than girls, 16 thousands and 11 thousands, respectively.
In the other hand, the most subject which was chosen by girls was Social Sciences, with approximately 25 thousands students. Next one, Languages were also a widely prefered subject, about 18 thousands pupils, as nine times the figure of girls were enrolled as the number of boys. The Arts was also the subject which girl students wanted to participant more than boy students, accounted for 9 thousands people. Moreover, a field of study had a special case with the same number of students who participanted was Humanities.
