A quick glance at the bar chart reveals that football was the most popular sport among boys, whereas it was the least preference among girls. In contrast, swimming was the most outstanding activity among girls. Additionally, netball accounted for the lowest percentage among male. In four categories, the dominant gender were boys including football, basketball, table tennis, and cricket.
Based on boy’s preferences, football rate was 20% among boys, which is the most popular activity for this gender, while girl’s participation was approximately 2%. On the one hand, basketball, table tennis, and cricket illustrated approximately the same rate among boys, around 12%. On the other hand, in these three sports girls depicted different rates. For instance, girls demonstrated that in basketball their association was around 5%, in table tennis they had higher rate approximately 8%, and in cricket about 11%.
Girls were dominant in swimming and netball at 15% and 14%, respectively, while boys accounted for 5% in swimming category and 3% in netball category.
