Overall,It is clear that men of all age groups contribute tne most than woman. The highest range of people who do sports was in 15-24 ages and the laest small result showed adults in older ages.
In the 15-24 age group, about 66% of men exercised regularly, compared with approximately 52% of women. Among people aged 25-34, the proportions were almost equal, at just over 50% for both genders.
For the 35-44 category, participation decreased to around 42% for men and 38% for women. However, the figures rose again among those aged 45-54, reaching roughly 62% for males and 49% for females. In the 55-64 group, the percentages fell slightly to about 49% for men and 44% for women.
Finally, the 65+ group had the lowest levels of physical activity overall, with around 37% of men and 31% of women engaging in regular training.
