Overall, over the whole period, İtaly and Porrugal spent these tranportations more than the UK and the USA.
First of all, roads and transport was spent around 20% in İtaly. Therefore, government’s outcomes for highways and transport peaked at approximately 24 percent in 2000, but then dropped to 19 percent. Moreover, this figure had been in approximately 27 percent at the beginning of this period in Portugal. On the other hand, there was moderate decrease after 1990.
Secondly, these percentages was fluctuating in the UK during the period. Altough, there are some differences between 1990 and 2000, numbers remain almost steady. However, percents related to spending on roads and transport by government jumped from 8 to 12 in 2000. On contrary, decreased to 7 percent in next five years. Additionaly, there was increase slightly in USA over the period expect 1995. Percentage was drop from 11 to 10, but then increased again in 2000
