The bar chart shows the percentage of the households which has the access to the internet in three European countries between 2017 and 2019. The three European countries are Germany, UK and Spain. The graph represents when the internet entered the European households and how the popularity of internet in the households were raising.
At first, we can notice that Germany stands high in the percentage of households using internet at the beginning in 2007 70 percent of the German households had the access to the internet which is higher compared to the other two countries. From 2007 to 2019 the numbers went from 70 percent up to almost 90 percent.
Secondly, the UK has the 2nd largest users of internet at the households. The UK’s internet usage is slightly less than that of Germany. About 60 percent of the UK households were using the internet at 2007 which is 10 Percent less than that of Germany, but as the time goes on the UKs use of internet was nearly equal to Germany, this show the rapid growth of internet in UK.
At last, Spain has the least households which uses the internet it is about 30 percent less than Germany. Also Spain has a drastic growth which was 40 percent in 2007 and almost caught up with UK and Germany which with almost 85-90 percent of the households uses the internet fecality.
In conclusion we can see a drastic growth on all three countries and surprisingly Spain has the highest growth rate of the internet usage in the households.
