Overall, young individuals tend to use more internet than old people in almost all countries. Specifically, the proportions of network users in the younger age group outnumbered senior users in South Korea. However, in Germany, old generations surf the internet more than younger ones.

In detail, netizens from the 25-34 Year-Olds group in Russia account for around 95% of the total user. Meanwhile, the figures in Germany and the USA are the same with 87% . Moreover, the proportions of old cybercitizens are fewer in Germany (83%) and Russia (70%). In contrast, the United States is the only nation has higher percentages of older users than younger ones with 90%.

Furthermore, the three remaining countries have fewer internet users in both age groups. For South Korea, although the fractions of younger utilizers here make up nearly 100%, which is the highest among six nations, but the figures for older people are very low with nearly a half of the total.
