In an overview, According to the bar graph, usage of natural products were the the most common practise of therapy in 2007 while Homeopathic treatment was the least approached method in the same year. Based on the table deep breathing, meditation, massage and yoga were excessively used and impactful in 2007 compared to 2002.
in 2007, almost 18% of the adults in U.S relied upon natural products for therapeutical purposes. Following this was deep breathing and meditation more than 12% and around 10% respectively.The percentage of people who used chiropractic ,massage and yoga were of almost the same number which is almost 8 or just above 8%. Individuals who acquired homeopathic treatment was the least popular compared to others.
Some therapies became helpful and increased in practise over years between 2002 and 2007. Deep breathing which had 10.6% gains earlier multiplied significantly to 14.8% in 2007. And meditation also made progressive results causing an increase from 8.6% to 10.5%. Implementation of massage and yoga also showed growth to 8.6% and 7.1% respectively in the year of 2007.
