Overall, it can be seen that the upward trend that consumed salt by Middle Aged such as 20-29, 30-39, 40-49 for both genders. The total level of salt intake for men increased dramatically from younger to elderly age throughout the period, especially the middle age.
The youngest age for both men and women absorb just over 1000 milligrams per days while it is below 2300 mg of the recommendation. The amount of salt absorbed by men still increased significantly; therefore, the 30-39 age reached the value of 5000 mg that is over limit for daily usage Moreover, the amount of salt that intake by men from 40-49 to 60-69 were at around 4000 mg per day, and it dropped approximately around 3800 mg per day.
For women, from 6-10 age the amount of salt started to leap slightly over 2300 mg, and it soared rapidly merely under 4000 mg in the age of 30-39, which was the highest level, prior to receding to merely 2300 mg per day in the age of 70+ which is suitable for salt intake as the recommendation.
