Overall, there was an increase in Oceania, Middle East Africa, and North East Asia and the reverse was true for Europe, rest of Asia, North and South America.
At the origin Europe dominated but it fell over in 1007 from around 33 percent to approximately 26 percent. Moreover, migrants from rest of Asia witnessed a significant drop from roughly 22 percent to about 13 percent.On the contrary the minimal decline was shown in North/South America which drop was approximately only 1 percent.
In contrast, Oceania, Middle East Africa and also North East Asia experienced an increase. Especially the biggest growth showed North East Asia with its about 9 percent between 1987 and 1997 years. In addition Middle East Africa and Oceania also showed an improvement but their growth was slightly less than North East Asia. Oceania’s was only around 7 percent and Middle East Africa’s was 5 percent.
