Overall, women’s clothes accounts for the highest proportion, while boy’s clothed consistently represents the lowest level of the period. However, all four subject grow in the subsequent years.
Looking into details, girl’s clothes and women’s clothes showed an upward trend. Girls’ clothes started at $80 per person in 1985 and increased slightly to $130 per person in the final year. Similarly, women’s clothes reached over $400 per person and then rose sharply and reached at peak at over $600 per person in 2005.
For the remaining two demographic groups, men’s clothes started at $300 per person in 1985, although this group increased sharply to $420 per person in 1995 but then dropped to $400 per person at the end of the period. Simultaneously, boys’ clothes reached $80 per person and then increased slightly about $90 per person on 1995 and remain unchanged until the end of the period.
