For residents in period from 1996 and 1999 remain stable with average 10000 journeys approximately. However, for non-residents was significant transformation from 5000 to 8000. Furthermore, between 1999 and 2000 bar chart demonstrates changes as introduce parking meters into city centre. After that in contrast with period from 2000 and 2002, while non-residents journey stay around 8000 unchanged, residents average number fell by half.
