The given chart compares the expenses on health and Education, in terms of GDP in Dubai, over a span of 8 years, between 1985 and 1993.

Overall, the largest proportion of the cost has recorded on education, followed by upward trend. whereas, health consisted the low expenditure with a steadly fluctuated proportion, throughout the year.

In 1985, the figures showed that, highest GDP was covered by the cost of education, with the percentage of 10%. meanwhile, health accounted for just below 8%. thereafter, in 1990 education outgoings rose sharply making up to approximately 14.05% than that of 1985. whereas, health experianced a slightly drop and stayed at almost 7.00%.

As seen from the figure, in 1993, both education and health constituted the progressive margin, than that of previous year. Education reached in its peak, with nearly 15.00% which is more than approximately 1.5% than that of 1990 shares. whereas, health recovered its cost and surged by overtaking in 1993 with a proportion of 10% which is simmiar to the education percentage from 1985.
