Overall, while there was an upward trend in the percentage of children playing instruments in guitar, piano and drums , the trends in violin showed a downward direction. Additionally, guitar experienced the most significant increase over the ten-year period.
In terms of playing instrument , the guitar had the largest percentage compared to the others over the ten years. From 2005 to 2010, the percentage of children who played guitar slightly increase from 12% to 18%, but then, it witnessed a rapid climb to 40% in 2015 . Similarly, there was a slight grow in the quantity of children who played , which piano grow from 13% to 20% during half a decade, but after that, that figure affirmed a rapid grow to 35% in 2015 .Beside, the percentage of children who played drums was stay the same 5% from 2005 to 2010, but then, it witnessed a slow increase to 8% in 2015.
In contrast, the figure for the children who played violin experienced a slowly decrease of 3% from 2005 to 2010, but after that, that figure witnessed a slowly decrease to 5% in 2015.
