In the next age group (25-34), inactivity increased to 22%, marking a 10% rise. However, this increase became less pronounced in the older age groups. In the 35-44 and 45-54 age groups, 29% and 33% of individuals, respectively, did not engage in exercise. This trend of increasing inactivity continued in the oldest age group (55+), where the percentage reached a significant 37%, the highest level observed.
