The bar chart illustrates the total amount of wind energy in India, Denmark, Germany, and the United States between 1985 and 2000.
Overall, it is obvious that the US, had the highest amount of wind energy generation in the four years time period. Furthermore, in 1995 and 2000, the production of wind energy increased in comparison to 1985 and 1990.
In 1995, 1600 megawatts of power acquired from wind in the US, but in 2000, it was slightly lower. There were upward trends in India and Denmark between 1995 and 2000. On the other hand, the amount of wind power rose from 800 megawatts to about 950 megawatts in Germany from 1995 to 2000.
In the United States, there was a rapid increase in the production of wind power, in 1990. The power generation by wind in India, rose almost a half, from 200 megawatts to 400 megawatts, between 1985 and 1990. Also, the amount of energy in Denmark and Germany climbed significantly and reached approximately 420 megawatts and 620 megawatts respectively.
