Overall, coaching received the highest percentage of participants in terms of volunteers and paid workers, whereas referees was the lowest. In addition, there was a comparative gap in terms of coaching between the number of volunteers and paid staff.
As can be seen from the bar chart, regarding coaching, it should be noted that the figure for coaching was the highest category, which reached approximately 75 participants in volunteers, significantly higher than paid workers with around 45. Additionally, in other sections, it was observed that the voluntary workforce stood at nearly 60 compared with roughly 50 paid employees.
Looking at the bar chart in more detail, as for therapists, there was a noticeable similarity in the figure for both volunteers around 45 and paid workers at about 40.
