Overall, all the figures showed rising trends, while the percentage of consumed product by men detailed slight decreasing by the end of the period. In addition, products mainly were eaten by men and that for highest percentages.
Focusing on biggest figure first, that was true for the figure for men. Starting with roughly 23 in 2001, the percentage of products consumed by men rose gradually by 7 in 2005, after which was followed by gradual growth to 35 in 2006, reaching its all time highest point. In 2007 that for accounted about 32, and it was followed by minimum decline to 30 in 2008.
By contrast, the figures for women and children exhibited lower percentages. Beginning with about 17 and 12 in 2001, the figures for women and children remained stable in 2003, after which experienced increasing trends to about 27 and 21 in 2006 respectively. By the end of period, the percentages of product consumption by children rose minimally by 5 in 2007 and dropped insignificantly by 2 in 2008. As for the figure for women, it stood stable and declined marginally to about 26 in 2008.
