The diagram above illustrates the precentage of candians working in five different industries in 1850 compared to 2020.

The manufacturing industy in 1850 was 36% , meanwhile compared to 2020 there was a huge diffrence the percentage decreased to 9%.

Unlike the manufacturing industry the services in 1850 had only 33%, which increased to 81% in 2020 making it the highest industry with candian workforce in comperssion to the rest of the industries.

The Agriculture has lessend and dropped severely by the years. Where in 1850 it had 22% , meanwhile in 2020 it vanished to 1% making one of the least industries that include candian employees .

The lowest industries in the diagram are construction and Energy/water. Construction in 1850 had only 5% , which increased slightly in 2020 to 8%. In contrast the Energy/water industry had the lowest amount of candians where in 1850 it was 3% which dropped to 1% in 2020.
