The bar chart illustrates a comparison of opinions of people in the USA and Europe regarding the most crucial factors in business that contribute to success. Five common factors evaluated: Political situation, external factors, personality of the director, National economy and how the business is managed
Overall, less than half of the people who attended this survey considered management of business as a major factor in being successful in both countries.
To begin with, people in the USA who believed the political situation was the most important factor in achieving success in business consist of three times less than European people. Interestingly, the same number of respondents in both countries thought external factors were the best way. However, the personality of the business director is regarded 2 times more in the USA (approximately 40%) than in Europe (around 20%).
In contrast, a significant proportion of respondents in both regions considered the national economy as the most crucial factor. For instance, in Europe almost 25% and in the USA less than 20% of people voted for it. Finally, the most effective and paramount factor that respondents considered was the management of business in this survey in both regions. A slight difference is observed here; Europeans are a little bit higher than Americans.
