Overall, it is clear that train not only was the most popular mode of transport but also substantially increased throughout the years. Also uber rose. In terms of cost-wise, while bus and train increased their prices, taxi and Uber dropped in the period of time given.

In terms of the amount of trips per year, trains were the most popular and increased almost double by 2016 which was nearly 37 in 2004 and 70 in 2016. even though Uber was launched in 2012 and a sharp growth almost tripled the numbers by 2016. While buses remained stable at about 17 trips per person per year, taxis decreased from14 to less than 5 trips per person.

Average cost per trip, on the other hand, clearly taxi and Uber were used by far for people from Sydney although taxi dropped from 23 in 2004 to 15 dollars in 2016 and Uber had the same trend fell about 3 dollars from 2012 to 2016. Whereas bus and train doubled their tickets from about 2,5 to 5 dollars throughout the years.
