The given visual prompt is a bar chart that compares the percentage of obesity among males and females of the age 12 to 19 years old. The data has been colleted for the years 2004 and 2014. There are three groups, and each group has two bars of different color: Orange and Blue.

On one hand, it can be observed that in the first group named as Non-Hispanic White in which the gap between the years is a few. The prevalance of the year 2014 is 5% high than 2004. While in the second group named by Non-Hispanic Black the gap between the bars is 9%.

On the other hand, it can be seen that the third group who named by Hispanic have much more gap than the other two. The difference of percentage is 14%, the obesity in year 2004 is just 13 percent, while in the year 2014 it is increased to 27 percent.

Overall, after a deep analysis of the bar chart brings an underlying fact into notice that in every group the ratio of percentage for the year 2004 is much litle than the year 2014.
