The table demonstrates how much carbon is produced in six different nations-USA, Germany, UK,China, Canada and India in three different years-1975,1990 and 2005. Overall, USA contributed significantly in all three period while Canada was least contributor in mostly.China experienced a rapid increase in emission over the period.
America was prodced 1200000 thousands metric tonnes carbon in 1975, in 1990,the figure rose reaching about 1300000 and 1600000 in 2005,was highest in all three years. Similarly, China was second on figure with contribution of around 300000 in 1975,650000 in 1990 and above 1500000 thousand metric tonnes in 2005 respectively.
However, Germany, UK,Canada and India produced relatively small portion of carbon in which Canada’s and India’s figure increased slightly throughout the period both under 400000 thousand metric tonnes whereas Germany and UK data showed slightly decline under 300000.
