Either the graphs show us the differences between 1970 and 2020 employments in 4 different countries. As we can see, there is a comparison between men and women.

First of all, in the men’s section, after thirty years employment grew most in USA, and on the contrary, among women it decreased.

From a logical perspective, that is quite reasonable, because the societal need for women has diminished over time. Especially we can see that the most decrease was in Belgium after thirty years. But the needs of women in the USA didn’t demand too much,so it shows us that changes in environment are not for all. In Japan, we can see that women’s employment plumetted in a few years, and Indonesians stayed the same but almost increased slightly, that’s not that bad.

Overall, despite some fluctuations, the general trend was upward. It shows strong growth over time.
