Overall, what stands out from the bar charts is that the number of men who worked was dominated in four countries over the given period. Another interesting point is that the persentage for both genders aged 60-54 who were employed experienced a downward trend at the end of the servey.
looking at the details, it can be seen that the figure of the USA’s employed workers dropped at approximately below 80% of men and at above 40% of women. As regards Japan, the persentage of working older generation dipped, at around 50% for both men and women. As for Indonesia the persentage of elderly working people deacresed from almost 80% in 2017 to over 70% in 200 (men) and from over 60% in 2017 to 50% in 2000 (women).
The most notable change in number of employed gray generation was in Belguim. The persentage of men nose-dive from below 80% in 2017 to over 50% in 2000 while for women it plummet from approximatly 60% in 2017 to below 10% in 2000.
