The bar chart and table provides two type of information about healthcare resources and life expectancy in different countries.
First of all, we can find out from the table that there is not a direct relation between government health spending per person and average life expectancy. In fact, government are not able to increase the life expectancy by spending more money in health plans. On the other hand, we can see that there is a meaningful relation among hospital beds per 1000 of population and life expectancy. As a result, by comparing the bar chart and the table we can understand that the countries with more percentage of hospital beds per population have higher average of life expectancy that the others. Therefore, if governments care about their people life expectancy, they should spend more money to build new hospitals.
Finally, more health spending per person is not able to rise the life expectancy in countries opposite of hospital beds per 1000 of the population which can do.
