The chart illustrates the number of highspeed internet users in five different nations in 2001 and 2002. Overall, the most eye-catching rise in fast-paced internet connection users can be attributed to Britain. In contrast, South Korea experienced the least growth among the other countries.

Later in 2002, this type of internet connection witnessed an incline of 20 people per 1000 people. Residents of Germany and Switzerland were not very keen on using high-speed connection, and witnessed a rise of 120 and 80 users per 1000 people.
USA achieved the second place in terms of fast paced internet connection users in 2001. Later, the American government decided to provide this service for more people, and as a result, Americans used high-speed internet more than any other nation in 2002 with nearly 25% per 1000 Americans using high-speed internet connection. Similar trend was experienced by British individuals when the amount of high-tech internet users increased by a whopping number of 230 people per 1000 people.
