To begin, in 2001, South Korean families had the highest connection to high-speed internet access for about 122 people compared to the USA at only 93. However, in 2002, American households supplanted the number of South Korean people with rapid internet access at 251.1 and 134.4 connections respectively. In addition, the percentage of growth changes in the USA is higher than South Korea, and made South Korean families become the lowest change over the period.
