In general, organizations A, B, and D allocated far more money for most areas, with B being the leading investor. However, Organizations D and E prove to invest less amount.
Stating with the top investing companies, the amount paid by Organization B for staff training is by far ahead of the other areas with around 1.9 billion. This was followed by the Research and Building, with respective figures being 1.6 and 1.4. With only around 0.9 invested for machinery,its share proves to be the smallest. In the case of Organization A, the most significant amount was spent on building, which is a little more than Machinery (1.5 and 1, respectively). Regarding the Organization C, Machinery and Research have nearly identical indexes, with each accounting for just over 1.2. Building and Staff training turn out to be less paid categories, with the former standing at 1 and latter being at 1.8
As for the remaining categories, the indicators of Building in categories D and E have no difference, both forming exactly 1 billion. Budget for Machinery from Organization E (0.8) was negligibly higher than that for E. Exactly reverse statistics can be seen with staff training category, with E spending around 0.9 which is slightly higher than D.
