Overall, It can be clearly seen from the graph that the money spent on different areas except on building follows a fluctuating trend. On the other hand, money spent on building by three organizatons C, D, E is equal while there is different case for organization A and B.
In details, Organization A has invested around 1.5 Billion Euros in Building , 1.2 Billion Euros in Staff training , 1 Billion Euros in Machinery and around 1.1 billion euros in Research. In contrast, Organisation B has invested around 1.9 billion euros in staff training which outweighs every other organizations in every four areas, 1.6 billion in research, 1.4 billions in building and 0.9 billion in Machinery.
Talking about Organization C, D and E , Organization C has invested around 1.3 billion euros in Machinery and research, 1 billion in building and 0.8 billion in staff training Whereas Organization D and E has spent equally in building which is 1 billion while in other areas it seems to revolve around 0.6-1 billion euros.
