In genereral, the rate of the home owners declined, while the trend of the people living rented houses was went up steadily.
At the beginning of the period, the most of people living in the UK had prefered to buy their houses. The highest rate of the home owners was about 58% in the 2004. However this attempt has been declining fluctually approximately by 24 per cent and fell to its lowest score, roughly 36% end of the period.
On the other side, the rate of the people who had the rental houses was 20 per cent in 2004. It had a regular rising trend so so it peaked to nearly 47% in 11 years.
It can be seen clearly that two figures remained same in two years, 2011 and 2012. In adddition, in those years, the ratios home owners and house renters were very close, 43% and 41%, respectively.
