Overall, there was a significant difference in the pay of doctors in seven different countries. It is clear that doctors consistently had greater earnings; however, other workers did not earn as much money as doctors.
Looking at doctors first, in 2004 there was a gradual rise in earnings across all countries. The US earned around $120,000. According to the data, the US and France had a difference of around $40,000. Then, Switzerland reached around $65,000. After that, Finland and Switzerland had a difference of about $10,000. It can be seen that Germany showed $61,000 and the Czech Republic showed $40,000. They had a difference of about $21,000. Finally, Italy earned $60,000.
The trend for other workers continued to fall. The US peaked at $43,000 and France was at $25,000. In addition, they had a difference of about $20,000. Switzerland earned more money than Finland, around $20,000, and this difference was the same as between the US and France. The Czech Republic showed $15,000. Germany showed $20,000. In contrast, Italy also earned $20,000, the same as Germany and Finland.
