Overview, man were worked hours higher then women. significantly men were more likely to work in linger hours .while women werecommon in lower working hours .
looking at the details, around 45% men worked in 30 to 50 hours group, highest ratio among all the time catagory, comapre with 35% women worked in the catagory . also 60 to 80 working hours catagory were 30% men worked in the time priod, while only 18% of women worked in these hours. in the sametime, over 80 hours catagory where worked were male and female both in 10% .
However, women were top in short timing catagoty. 10 hours catagory were wprked male and female 5% and 15% respectly. also 10-20 hours group where female over 20% worked in the time , while male around 10% worked in the catagory.
