Overall, the proportion of both men and women peaks in the 30-50 hours. Notably, males tend to work longer hours than, while women concentrate in the shorter working ranges, particularly in the 0-10 hours and 10-20 hours.
The percentage of men who spend 30-50 hours working accounts for around 43%, while the figure for females is nearly 8% lower. A similar pattern but to a lesser extent, can be seen in the 60-80 hours brackets. 30% of men worked, compared to only approximately 18% of their female counterparts. In addition, in over 80 hours cohorts, both men and females made up 10% working hours.
Regarding the remaining working hours, particularly in the 0-10 hours brackets and 10-20 cohorts, the former records 5% of male workers, while women counterparts are 10% higher, at 15%. Similarly, the latter shows around 22% female workers and male workers only account for approximately 13%.
