Overall, the four countries experienced a noticeable increase in the proportion of people with high body weight.
The United States had the highest number because of high-carbohydrate food intake and unhealthy habits among other countries. Australians are on the second level in the last three decades. Finland and Japan were the lowest and healthiest countries.
Between 1980 and 1990, Americans was approximately 10 to 20% of overweight adults , afterwards, they increased almost 35% because of insufficient exercise and unhealthy living. While, people in Australia struggled the same thing and had roughly 20 % in the year 2000. Most people probably drink alcohol, and eat carbonated food and etc., which gained there increasing weight.
Furthermore, the Japanese are healthier and have strong immunity because they always have fish and vegetables. It had the lowest obesity rate, with less than 5% for all the years. Finland has beautiful landscapes and a natural environment that helps people avoid gaining so much weight. It had around 5 % increase in the last 30 years.
