The bar graph illustrates data about the percentage of generous people, in terms of their group of ages, who gave their anonymous donors in Canada between 2000 and 2015. Overall, in 35 to 49 age group were much more active over the others. Intriguingly, given donors percentages were higher among 18 to 49 years old in 2000 compared to 2015, moreover, rest of the age groups percentages were lower in 2000 compared to 2015.
Regarding top groups, in 2000, the proportion of 35 to 49 years old age group began with under 40 %, with significant dominance and it decreased slightly by around 5% (under 35%) over the period. In contrast, those of 50 to 64 began, initial 2000, with the second position under 35% and reached a peak of under 40% while the proportion of donors in 65 increased slightly from less than a third to about 35 % over the period.
As for adults, there was a rapid decline in the proportion of 18 to 24 years old age group from a fifth to approximately one in ten, with the lowest proportion, between 2000 and 2015, meanwhile, those of 25 to 34 years old age group experienced a minimal dip from about 28% to about 25% between 2000 and 2015, following a similar trend.
