The given pie chart gives data about differences among types of energy sources in France in 1995 and 2005.
Overall, the majority of energy production came from gas, petrol, and coal, while nuclear and “other” sources account for smaller proportions in both years. Meanwhile, although there was a decline in the petrol production, the other sources experienced an increase.
In detail, gas and coal made up 29.63% and 29.80% respectively in 1995 but these numbers constituted just above one third, increasing by 0.68% and 1.13% in 2005. In addition, gas and coal were the biggest sector (30.31% and 30.93%) in energy production in 2005.
In 1995, nuclear and “other” energy production were small numbers (6.4% and 4.9%) and constituted the smallest parts of the diagram. However, these figures rose moderately and reached 10.10% and 9.10% respectively for nuclear and “other”. In contrast, there was a significant decrease (9.72%) in the petrol production. Therefore, the percentage of this sector went down considerably from 29.27% to 19.55%. Bunu dəyərləndir
