Overall, in 1995, coal, gas, and petroleum were the main energy sources, but by 2005 only petroleum had decreased, while the others increased.
To begin with, in 1995 there were three main energy sources, which showed only minor percentage differences among each other. In the first place was coal that accounted for the largest share at 29.80%, followed by gas, at 29.63%. Petroleum was In the third place accounted for 29.27%, and nuclear that was in the fourth place, at 6.40%. Only 4.90% of people had chosen other energy productions.
In 2005, coal and gas underwent a rise, the former increased to 30.93%, the latter to 30.31%. In contrast with 1995, petroleum experienced a major decrease of about 9%, and comprising 19.55%. Finally, nuclear and other forms of energy rose by approximately 5% in 2005.
