Generally, finance had the highest level of participation, whereas engineering represented the lowest figure. Economics, engineering and mathematics were principally dominated by men, while the others, except for finance, were occupied by women.
In 2010, about 230 male students studied in finance, which was the same to that of female students. Following this, the number of female students in accounting section made up 200, which was higher compared to the figure for male, with about 170. Regarding mathematics, there was about 200 male attendants, whereas only about 60 female students engaged in this category.
In terms of Economics, the number of male students presented 150, which nearly doubled to that of female students. In marketing segment, there was about 120 female participants taking part in this field, while male attendants only accounted for around 80. The lowest level of participation was recorded in engineering category, where the number of male and female students only showed around 50
