The bar chart given compares and contrasts the amount of money, measured in millions, that local goveremment spent on Library services, Museums and galleries, venues during five years start from 1999.
Library services took the main part compared with other two types. The money spent on that experience a slightly decrease and increase significantly in following three years (from 140 – 180), before a markabe drop from 180 – 160. in the last year.
The amount of money spent on Venues stayed at lowest level during those five years. The initial three years witness a steady increase from around 15 to 35, followed by an opposite drop, which led it decreased back to nearly the original value.
Those on Museums and galleries, however, showed different pattern. There was a drop during the first two years (from 52 to 40), before a surge of nearly 20. finally, at the last year, It dropped to just above 50.
In conclusion, Although there were some changes in each years, the Library services was in the dominant position of amount of money and venues took the smallest part.
