The bar chart gives information about local government spending on culture from 1999 to 2003. In general, it is clear that local government using the most number of money for library services, which make the figure more higher. Second most spending cush for musuems and art galleries in category. The least money spended to venues, which sows the lowest figure.

Looking to the details, it can be seen that in library services in first 2 years in 1999 and 2000 the figures were slightly similar, approximetly at under 150million. In 2001 the statistic increased around to 152million. The number picked a rich in 2002 to about 170million dollars after that it declined to 155million.

Museum and art galleries did not experienced as high as library services. In 2002 the data picked a top with 50million. After that in 2003 the number declined to 50million.

Venues occupied the lowest figure at list. In 1999 government spent just under 50million and then the number rosed a bit to 40million. In 2001 it picked a top after that it dropped.
